Summary

We’ve all heard the phrases – “The more the merrier. The bigger the better.”
In theory, the phrases make sense. But why does it have to be that way? What if we started pursuing less but better?

As author Greg McKeown puts it in the book “Essentialism”, “It is not about getting more things done, it is about getting the right things done.”

If we apply this idea to trading, it’s not about trading more – it’s about trading less but better.

So in this episode I want to share 3 big ideas from the book Essentialism.

Big Ideas

1 – The importance of structure and boundaries
2 – WIN – “What’s Important Now?”
3 – The story of Herbie and finding the Herbies in your life

Listen on to see how they relate to your trading.
