In my experience, many traders walk into the trading day without the proper preparation and intentions.
The result is a trader who is unfocused, distractable, and lacks priorities.
Starting the day with an effective daily routine will create the tone and expectations for your trading day.In my opinion, the ideal trading routine consists of a combination of intentions that are both externally and internally focused.
Rather than give a number of prescriptions let me share a number of directed questions which you can use to better craft your trading routine.
Post these questions somewhere prominent and review them regularly.
